Tidaq Technologies serves as the primary data controller for all practice informatics processed through the LayaAlay ecosystem.

2. Real-Time Signal Processing

Microphone Access: The App accesses your device microphone solely to provide real-time frequency analysis and pitch calibration feedback for your instrument.

The Privacy Guarantee: All audio signal processing occurs locally on your device ("at the edge"). We do not record, store, or transmit raw audio recordings or voice data to any server.

3. Performance Informatics & Sync

To provide cross-device synchronization and visualization of your musical progress, we securely sync:

Identity: Secured via encrypted third-party authentication profiles.
Riaz Metrics: Anonymized summaries of frequency distribution, timing stability, and session durations (Verified Active Minutes).
User Assets: Your saved configuration presets and custom rhythmic structures.

4. Security & Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

We utilize encrypted cloud infrastructure to protect your practice data. In compliance with Indian Law, you have the right to access, export, or permanently delete your account and associated informatics via the App settings.
