Usage License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable license for practice and education. Extraction, redistribution, or commercial sampling of these raw audio assets is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Performance Use: We encourage you to use LayaAlay audio as an accompaniment for live performances or digital content (e.g., YouTube/Social Media), provided the audio is layered with your own instrumental or vocal performance.
Proprietary Logic: All source code, custom digital signal processing (DSP) logic, and database structures are protected trade secrets. Reverse engineering or automated "scraping" of the informatics layer is strictly prohibited.
Founder License Scope: One-time "Founder" licenses grant lifetime access to the Core Audio Library and Standard Informatics as defined at the time of purchase.
LayaAlay provides data for musical reference only. Tidaq Technologies is not liable for performance inaccuracies, tuning errors, or physical instrument damage (including, but not limited to, percussion skin breakage).
Any custom rhythmic partitions or presets you define are stored in our secure database. By creating these, you grant LayaAlay a non-exclusive license to host and back up this data to ensure account functionality and cross-device synchronization.
Any legal matters arising from the use of LayaAlay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, India.
