Audio Library: All high-definition instrument recordings (including Esraj, Sarangi, and additional instruments as released in the library) and proprietary rhythmic algorithms used in the current and all future app versions of the Application tiers are the exclusive property of Tidaq Technologies.
Usage License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable license for practice and education. Extraction, redistribution, or commercial sampling of these raw audio assets is strictly prohibited. This license is non-exclusive and revocable. Automated scraping of audio assets is strictly forbidden.
Permitted Performance Use: We encourage you to use LayaAlay audio as an accompaniment for live performances or digital content (e.g., YouTube/Social Media), provided the audio is layered with your own instrumental or vocal performance.
Proprietary Logic: All source code, custom digital signal processing (DSP) logic, and database structures are protected trade secrets. Reverse engineering or automated "scraping" of the informatics layer is strictly prohibited.
Access Tiers: Advanced algorithmic features and deep telemetry tracking are locked behind distinct service tiers governed by respective mobile payment platforms.
Founder License Scope: One-time "Founder" licenses grant lifetime access to the Core Audio Library and Standard Informatics as defined at the time of purchase. Founder purchases may be processed via mobile App Stores or directly through our Razorpay web checkout.
LayaAlay provides data for musical reference only. Tidaq Technologies is not liable for performance inaccuracies, tuning errors, or physical instrument damage (including, but not limited to, percussion skin breakage).
LayaAlay is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the absolute limits of local regulations, our complete combined financial liability for any legal action, chargeback dispute, or platform failure shall never exceed the actual money paid by that specific user for their current active billing cycle.
For purchases initialized directly over our website payment portals, all financial transactions are cleared securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We offer a clear 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window starting directly from the moment of transaction completion. Refund inquiries must be submitted within this window to care@layalab.app. Following the expiration of this 7-day period, all web transactions turn fully permanent, definitive, and non-refundable.
Any custom rhythmic partitions or presets you define are stored in our secure database. By creating these, you grant LayaAlay a non-exclusive license to host and back up this data to ensure account functionality and cross-device synchronization.
Any legal matters arising from the use of LayaAlay, its backend API routes, or web transaction gateways shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
